Yoga at Sāmya is designed to meet you exactly where you are. No flexibility, experience, or prior knowledge is needed. Our beginner-friendly classes are here to help you find your footing, your breath, and a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after time away, our warm, light-filled Islington studio offers a gentle space to explore movement in your own rhythm. Expect clear guidance, plenty of options, and an atmosphere that feels kind, unhurried, and welcoming.

Slow Flow

A steady, intentional class that gives you time to explore mobility and movement with awareness. Moving at a slower pace than our vinyasa classes, you’ll build familiarity with poses while gently strengthening and stretching the body. Expect to leave feeling grounded, open, and refreshed.

Yin Yoga

A quiet, supported practice where you'll hold poses for several minutes with the use of props. Working with the deep layers of the body, including fascia and connective tissue, this practice allows for a gentle opening while your mind naturally settles. Perfect for learning to be still and listening to your body.
