Class Types

Vinyasa Flow

Mixing contemporary and traditional yogic principles, vinyasa flow links movement to breath. With a focus on transitions, we'll move fluidly through surya namaskar (sun salutations) and creative āsana sequencing. Regardless of where you're at, you'll always have options to fire it up and slow it down. Open to all.

Slow Flow

Think vinyasa flow but swimming in syrup. We move slower and with more intention through a creative sequence aimed at reconnecting body and mind. But slower doesn't always mean easier. Expect some energising elements aimed at building strength, flexibility, and focus. Because we move slower, this class can be a great option for beginners but is open to all.

Dynamic Pilates

A high-energy take on pilates that combines classical and contemporary pilates moves alongside elements of yoga and mindfulness. We'll flow through a series of dynamic exercises to raise your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and keep you grounded in your breath. Perfect for anyone looking to incorporate strength training alongside their yoga practice.

Breathe + Flow

Tap into the wisdom of the breath. Starting with slow yet activating movement to get out of the mind and into the body, we go further by moving into a practice of pranayama and active breathwork. Combining ancient and contemporary breathwork techniques, this class is designed to shift stagnant energy out of the body and unlock what's next. Open to all.

Power

This whole-body workout combines the most powerful elements of yoga asana to help you get strong - physically, mentally, and spiritually. This is mindful movement that includes classic yoga shapes and strength training. We'll get our sweat on, explore our edges, and open up to new possibilities. Due to its fast-paced flow, this class isn't recommended for those new to yoga asana.

Yin

For when you need to slow down and return inward. Yin is a quiet, grounded practice that honours stillness as an essential part of balance. It works with the deeper layers of the body—targeting fascia, joints, and connective tissue through long-held postures, often supported by props. We stay in shapes for several minutes at a time, allowing the body to gently open and the mind to settle. This isn’t about stretching or striving—it’s about yielding, listening, and letting go.

Yang to Yin

Yang to Yin weaves together the best of both worlds. We’ll begin with a warm, dynamic vinyasa-style flow to build heat, strengthen the body, and clear the mind—linking breath with movement in familiar sequences and playful transitions. Gradually, the pace slows and the practice softens as we shift into yin: longer-held, floor-based postures supported by props to nourish joints, fascia, and the nervous system. Expect to leave feeling both worked and deeply rested—grounded, spacious, and more at ease. Open to all.

Dynamic Vinyasa

A high-energy vinyasa flow, linking breath to movement through fluid transitions and creative āsana sequencing. We'll move through surya namaskar (sun salutations) at a quicker pace, building heat and raising your heart rate while staying rooted in traditional yogic principles. Expect a dynamic flow that challenges strength and stamina in equal measure. Options to fire it up or slow it down are always there, but come ready to move. Open to all.

Embodied Flow

A mindful, exploratory flow that invites you to move from felt experience rather than external form. This class weaves fluid yoga-inspired sequences with somatic cues, breath awareness, and moments of pause to support deeper body awareness. It’s less about how the movement looks and more about how it feels — encouraging choice, curiosity, and presence. Designed for anyone feeling tight, stressed, burnt out, or disconnected from their body — and especially for those who aren't into traditional flow classes. Open to all.

Precision Pilates

Low-impact and intentional movement tapping into your core strength and stability. We'll move through small and precise movements, often with the help of props, to help build flexibility, strength, and range of motion. This is a practice of rhythmic movement with lots of repetition, which might sound boring at first, but when you tap into your body's inner awareness, you'll find there's so much to explore. Open to all.

Just Breathwork

Tap into the wisdom of the breath. This class combines ancient wisdom with modern breath techniques to shift from the thinking mind into the feeling body. By consciously linking each inhale to the next exhale, you’ll activate the body’s natural healing processes, helping to move stagnant energy and release emotional or physical blockages. It’s a moment to reconnect with yourself, drop into the present, and open up new pathways of transformation.

Qi Flow

Discover the synergy of two ancient wisdom practices: qigong and yoga. Qi Flow weaves the grounded poses and mindful transitions of yoga with the spiralling, fluid movements and energy work of qigong. Moving with intention, and blending softness with strength, you'll attune to the qi and prana flowing through. Whether you're seeking stillness, vitality, or a mindful hour for yourself, this class offers a path to inner harmony and a deeper connection with body, heart and spirit.

Postnatal Flow

A postnatal flow for new parents. This class combines yoga and pilates to gently rebuild strength, support your core and pelvic floor, and ease tension in the places that work hardest—think shoulders, neck, hips and lower back. We’ll move with care, using stabilising work, supportive stretches, breathwork and guided relaxation to help you reconnect with your body and your new rhythm. Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever you like, and practise in a space that understands this season of life. Precrawler babies welcome in class. Suitable once you’ve had your postnatal check and been cleared to exercise.

Power Pilates

A strength-first take on Pilates, built for those who want to work hard and feel it. We combine classical and contemporary Pilates with elements of mindfulness — but the emphasis here is on building real strength, muscular endurance, and stability. Expect slower, heavier work: deliberate loading, longer holds, and intentional progressions that challenge your body from the inside out. All grounded in breath, all rooted in form. Perfect for anyone ready to take their practice somewhere stronger.

Sculpt

A low-impact, full-body workout that blends barre and strength-based training with classical and contemporary pilates. Controlled, high-repetition movements and targeted resistance work build strength, endurance, and coordination, while sharpening posture and alignment. Expect a continuous burn across glutes, legs, arms, and core, with options to adjust intensity to your level. All grounded in breath, all rooted in form. Perfect for anyone looking to sculpt lean strength without leaving the mat.
