Samya Studios is just a stone's throw from Highbury & Islington station. We're in a renovated warehouse tucked away from the high street to give you a sense of release from the pressure of the city. Keep an eye out for our sign on Islington Park Street, then turn into the parking lot and down the mews.
On the ground floor, we have a cosy reception room for hanging out before and after class, as well as two private bathrooms, one shower, and three changing rooms (all gender-neutral). Upstairs is our practice room with beautiful hardwood floors, lots of natural light, and blank space to bring you back into balance.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: There's one step up into our building from the street with a wheelchair-accessible ramp. However, the practice room is up one flight of stairs with no elevator access.
Sāmya Hackney is on the ground floor of the Textile Building on Chatham Place, across from Morningside Primary School. Come in through our door on Chatham Place — not the Belsham Street side, which Google Maps might try to send you to instead.
