At Sāmya, breathwork is practised with warmth, intention, and deep respect for your inner landscape. Our studio offers a grounding, safe environment where you can slow down and reconnect.

Each class gently invites you out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body — a space where breath becomes a guide, a resource, and a pathway back to yourself.

Modern life can keep us in a state of tension, overthinking, and shallow breathing. Breathwork helps release stuck stress responses in the body, rebalance the nervous system, and create a sense of clarity and grounded ease.

A regular practice of breathwork has the power to:

Breathe & Flow

Breathe & Flow class at Samya Studios

Tap into the wisdom of the breath. This class begins with activating movement to shift awareness out of the mind and into the body. We then move into pranayama and active breathwork, combining ancient techniques with contemporary approaches to help clear stagnant energy and unlock what’s next. A powerful, accessible class for all levels.

  • Tuesdays @ 6:15pm

  • Fridays @ 8:30am

Just Breathwork

Just Breathwork class at Sāmya Studios

A spacious practice dedicated entirely to breath. Blending ancient wisdom with modern breath techniques, this class helps you move from thought into feeling, linking each inhale and exhale to activate the body’s natural healing processes. You’ll work with conscious connected breath to release emotional and physical tension, clear blockages, and reconnect with presence. Open to all.
