POSTNATAL FLOW: space for you to come back to yourself post birth through carefully adapted yoga and pilates. This class combines yoga and pilates to gently rebuild strength, support your core and pelvic floor, and ease tension in the places that work hardest—think shoulders, neck, hips, and lower back. Bring your pre-crawler along — they're welcome beside your mat.
KIN: BABY & ME WORKSHOP & FAMILY SOCIAL: a monthly community gathering recognising that raising children takes a village. Postnatal yoga for birthing parents upstairs while co-parents, dads, and caregivers connect downstairs with babies. After class, everyone joins together for tea, connection, and conversation. Solo parents welcome (pre-crawlers can join you in class).
