This class is ninety minutes of movement, music and full-body feeling. A soulful, immersive practice where movement, breath and sound come together to wake something up. We'll flow. We'll pause. We'll breathe. We'll listen. We'll move until the edges soften and the noise quietens. There'll be moments that ask you to dig deep, moments that ask you to let go and moments where the only thing left to do is close your eyes and feel. The playlist isn't there to fill the silence. It's part of the practice. It builds. It carries. Sometimes it'll hold you, sometimes it'll make you move, sometimes it'll remind you of something you've forgotten. Bring your body, I'll bring the bass and we’ll meet each other there.

Autumn Equinox Friday Night Special | islington
Join us for a special Autumn Equinox evening exploring vairagya, the yogic practice of non-attachment and letting go. As we move from the warmth and energy of summer into the cooler, quieter season of autumn, we're invited to honour the natural ebb and flow of life. To slow down, release what no longer serves us, and surrender to change. Through a yang to yin inspired yoga flow, we'll mirror the transition from summer's heat into autumn's calmer energy, creating space to reflect on where we're placing our time, and energy. We'll move through yoga, pranayama and meditation, gradually softening tension and quietening the mind followed by a deeply restorative sound bath for deep rest.

Full Moon Circle | islington
Guided by the full moon's illuminating energy, this immersive session weaves together intentional movement, sacred ritual, and the deep healing resonance of sound — creating space to honour what's ready to be released and welcomed into your life. We open with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and shake loose what no longer serves, before settling into full moon ritual — a moment of reflection, intention-setting, and conscious release. From there, surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath, as the vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a state of profound rest and recalibration.

Qigong to Yin | islington
Attune to the seasons and learn from nature as our teacher in this qigong to yin class with Emma. The metal element arrives with autumn. It’s nature's invitation to slow down, let go and turn inward. Just as trees release their leaves to nourish the soil for new growth, metal asks us to release what we no longer need so that we’re left with what is of true value to us. Through qigong, you'll work with metal's qualities of stillness and refinement, cutting through the noise and busyness of daily life to arrive at your true nature, your inner gold. We then transition into yin yoga for the metal meridians of the lungs and large intestine, organs of taking in and letting go, to invite deep release and quiet restoration. Leave feeling clear, spacious and more deeply connected to your inner and outer nature.

Herbal Embodiment by Medisun | islington
Herbal Embodiment is an opportunity to gather those that feel called + curious to meet and dance with a plant they may never have met or heard of before. On Sunday 25th October, we will celebrate and welcome the darker nights ahead, by greeting a seasonal ‘mystery’ plant through tea tasting, a magic plant journey, drawing/discussion, and finally embodiment. This plant has served as an ally to the ever-changing femme body, through the archetypes of Maiden, Mother, Crone. Growing in shrubby, damp, wastelands this potent, moon ruled plant offers us insight into the dreamy, magical realms of our unconscious. Freya will guide each moment, with space to encourage participants to feel into what the plant offers them, who it may be used for, and what energetics the plant gives off.
