Friday 30th January

Friday Night Specials are our end-of-week reset: a 90-minute class every Friday at 7pm with a rotating line-up of teachers and themes. Expect something a little different each week—anything from deep rest (yin, nidra, breathwork, sound) to stronger practices (dynamic flow, strength-focused sequences, longer holds) or a blend of both.

Each session is crafted by the teacher leading it, so you’ll have the chance to explore new ways of moving, resting, and regulating your nervous system.

Saturday 31st January

A monthly meet-up for movement and connection for moms, birthing parents, babies, dads, co-parents, and caregivers—because raising a child takes a village. Kin is a postnatal yoga class for moms/birthing parents to stretch, breathe and take a moment for themselves.

While the class is just for birthing parents, we’ve set up our downstairs lounge as a cosy space for co-parents, dads and caregivers to kick back, look after baby, and make some new mates too. After class, everyone comes together downstairs for tea, biscuits and conversation.

Coming solo? No problem. Pre-crawlers are welcome in the practice room with you during class.

Sunday 1st February

Join Stacie for a grounding, nourishing practice designed to support you in the heart of winter. As the season begins to feel long and energy may be low, this session offers space to rest, soften and reconnect with quiet hope. Through somatic movement, journaling and breathwork, you’ll be invited to gently release heaviness, tend to what feels depleted and make space for the first stirrings of renewal as we inch toward spring. All practitioner levels are welcome.

To more easily co-create a space of nurturing, compassion, and dignity, we offer these sessions specifically to folks who identify as Black women and/or women of colour.

Your intentional time to pause, release, and reconnect. Aligning with the full moon’s illuminating energy, we embrace this moment to reflect on what’s ready to be released and amplified in our lives. Each session invites you to immerse yourself in the healing resonance of sound, allowing vibrations to guide your body into a state of deep rest and recalibration. Through a carefully curated soundscape—including alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and Himalayan bowls—you’ll journey inward, balancing the nervous system, calming the mind, and fostering emotional clarity.

Your intentional time to rest, recover, and transform. Aligning with the new moon's renewing energy, we take the opportunity to plant seeds of intention while granting ourselves the space to deeply rest and reset. Through the practices of yin and yoga nidra—or sleep yoga—we transition from the day's busyness to a profound state of calm. The session guides your brain into the restorative alpha and theta states, creating a deep connection between your conscious desires and subconscious mind and paving the way for a life lived with heightened awareness and presence.

Therapeutic touch & physical adjustments are profound ways to elevate your students experience within their Yoga practice, but it can be daunting to offer. Join Chloe Baio for this 9 hour immersion, intended for Yoga Teachers — whether you’re a teacher who has never offered hands-on adjustments or perhaps you simply want to up-level your skillset, there is so much to learn & receive from this workshop.

4Beat Yoga is a dynamic Vinyasa flow style of yoga that places synchronising the breath to a slow, regular musical beat at the core of its practice. All Levels mixed class, welcoming both beginners and experienced practitioners ("frequent flyers"), with modifications offered. 4Beat Yoga uses custom-mixed music and a counted breath to drive a dynamic, flowing physical practice, making the connection between breath and movement the ultimate focus.

Join us at Sāmya Studios, in collaboration with Communi.Table, for a soulful evening that marries the magic of yoga with the joy of seasonal dining, set against the soft energy of late winter—a time of stillness, nourishment, and gathering at the final stretch of the year.

In late winter, there’s often a subtle pressure to hurry the season along — to look ahead, push for lightness, and anticipate what comes next. But winter hasn’t finished yet. And rather than resisting it, this evening is an invitation to stay, to honour what’s closing, and to gather ourselves gently before anything begins again.

The evening begins with an extended yoga practice led by Laura, designed to support the nervous system and honour winter as it is. Through slow, grounding movement, breathwork, and gentle reflection, the practice offers space to soften, settle, and listen — cultivating contentment with stillness, rather than rushing towards renewal.

Following the practice, you’re invited to join a communal long table meal prepared by India of Communi.Table. The three-course menu draws on winter produce and comforting flavours, offering warmth, depth, and nourishment in its most grounding form.
