Our EVENTS &
workshops

Dive deeper into your own practice in one of our workshops. Combining movement, breath, sound and community, these extended practices will take you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.

Friday 10th July

Attune to the seasons and let the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine be your guide in this qigong to yin class. Summer's fire element calls us toward heart-opening, expansion and connection. But when fire burns too bright, it can tip into overstimulation, anxiety and restlessness.

This class is an invitation to tend to your inner flame so it can illuminate with steady warmth rather than all-consuming heat. Through the calming movements of qigong, Emma will guide you towards fire's qualities of steady presence, open-heartedness and a sense of ease, before sinking into yin yoga to consolidate energy in the fire meridians of the heart and small intestine.

Leave feeling soothed, expansive and more deeply connected to your inner and outer nature.

This workshop series is for keen experienced students, yoga teachers and teachers-in-training. We will work through a series of postures and analyse how each student might find more space and alignment in each posture. Mouse will then show how to assist each of the poses and then you’ll have a chance to practice the assists on each other. This will help you to start developing an analytical and anatomical approach to asana. Hands on assists are a wonderful and useful part of the yoga practice and can be both therapeutic and educational. Mouse will share her systematic approach to all assistants so you can apply these skills to any asana and build your confidence.

Friday 17th July

Your intentional time to rest, recover, and transform. Aligning with the new moon's renewing energy, we take the opportunity to plant seeds of intention while granting ourselves the space to deeply rest and reset. Through the practices of yin and yoga nidra—or sleep yoga—we transition from the day's busyness to a profound state of calm. The session guides your brain into the restorative alpha and theta states, creating a deep connection between your conscious desires and subconscious mind and paving the way for a life lived with heightened awareness and presence.

Expect to feel: rested, focused, and renewed

Friday 24th July

Come as you are and settle into a space designed entirely for your rest. In this special workshop, we’ll move through a gentle Yin sequence to soothe the nervous system and invite deep stillness. To support your journey, Laura will be joined by our two wonderful massage therapists, Patience + Diana; together, the three will move through the room offering intentional, hands-on assists and therapeutic touch.

As always, physical assists are entirely optional—we’ll have a simple way for you to communicate your preference for touch at the start of practice.

This is a space for you to unburden, breathe, and feel truly supported by your community. Whether you’re navigating a busy season or simply need a soft place to land, we invite you to lean back, let go, and be cared for.

Friday 31st July

A 90-minute sanctuary to move, release, and realign. Guided by the full moon's illuminating energy, this immersive session weaves together intentional movement, sacred ritual, and the deep healing resonance of sound — creating space to honour what's ready to be released and welcomed into your life. We open with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and shake loose what no longer serves, before settling into full moon ritual — a moment of reflection, intention-setting, and conscious release. From there, surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath, as the vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, and Himalayan singing bowls wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a state of profound rest and recalibration. Each full moon is an invitation. Come as you are, leave restored.

Friday 7th August

An extended movement and meditation class with Tamzin Jade. Taking the time to be present with each other and ourselves. We will enter the practice soft and slow, honouring the body as a sacred site. As the practice progresses so will the movement, finding circular and spiral pathways. We'll create shapes we recognise and welcome new pathways in the body. The class will close with stillness to allow the body to land into nourishing rest. This extended class is an opportunity to embrace our body as home and carry that sweetness with us as we journey on.

Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th October

A physical adjustment is a dance between two people. If I decide to use physical touch, it is because I would like to offer someone a new way of being in the pose, or give them new information that they might enjoy in the pose – rather than the concept that I’m correcting their pose or imposing my idea of a rigid form upon their body." Judith Lasater

Therapeutic touch & physical adjustments are profound ways to elevate your students experience within their Yoga practice, but it can be daunting to offer. Join Chloe Baio for this 9 hour immersion, intended for Yoga Teachers — whether you’re a teacher who has never offered hands-on adjustments or perhaps you simply want to up-level your skillset, there is so much to learn & receive from this workshop.

Please note this immersion is over 2 days. Saturday 2 - 6.30pm and Sunday 1 - 5.30pm.

There will be one full scholarship place available on this immersion. Please contact hello@chloebaio.com for more details.
