Dive deeper into your own practice in one of our workshops. Combining movement, breath, sound and community, these extended practices will take you on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and connection.
Friday 14th August
Your intentional time to rest, recover, and transform. Aligning with the new moon's renewing energy, we take the opportunity to plant seeds of intention while granting ourselves the space to deeply rest and reset. Through the practices of yin and yoga nidra—or sleep yoga—we transition from the day's busyness to a profound state of calm. The session guides your brain into the restorative alpha and theta states, creating a deep connection between your conscious desires and subconscious mind and paving the way for a life lived with heightened awareness and presence.
Expect to feel: rested, focused, and renewed
Friday 21st August
“Don’t get stuck where it feels good” Shake The Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the bodyheartmind. Through a guided poetic theme, we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release, and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, somatics, pilates, and yoga too, to a curated playlist of soundscapes to accompany your journey.
This class is designed for anyone and will at best deliver a cathartic release, sweat and a strong, resilient body and mind. A way of meeting yourself and finding an experience for you, within the class itself. Let go of what you may be hindered by.
Friday 28th August
A 90-minute sanctuary to move, release, and realign. Guided by the full moon's illuminating energy, this immersive session weaves together intentional movement, sacred ritual, and the deep healing resonance of sound — creating space to honour what's ready to be released and welcomed into your life. We open with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and shake loose what no longer serves, before settling into full moon ritual — a moment of reflection, intention-setting, and conscious release. From there, surrender into a deeply restorative sound bath, as the vibrations of alchemy crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a state of profound rest and recalibration. Each full moon is an invitation. Come as you are, leave restored.
Friday 4th September
Attune to the seasons and learn from nature as our teacher in this qigong to yin class. Earth element relates to the season of late summer in the Chinese calendar. As well as being a time of steadiness and re-centring (when we typically begin harvest) it represents a transitional phase from the yang of summer to the yin of autumn. When earth energy is balanced, we feel grounded, centred and at home within ourselves. Emma will guide you through gentle, flowing movements of qigong to help you govern smooth transitions and stability. From there, you’ll sink into restorative yin yoga to nourish the earth meridians of the stomach and spleen, drawing energy back to your centre. Leave feeling grounded, centred and more deeply connected to your inner and outer nature.
Friday 11th September
This class is ninety minutes of movement, music and full-body feeling. A soulful, immersive practice where movement, breath and sound come together to wake something up. We'll flow. We'll pause. We'll breathe. We'll listen. We'll move until the edges soften and the noise quietens. There'll be moments that ask you to dig deep, moments that ask you to let go and moments where the only thing left to do is close your eyes and feel. The playlist isn't there to fill the silence. It's part of the practice. It builds. It carries. Sometimes it'll hold you, sometimes it'll make you move, sometimes it'll remind you of something you've forgotten. Bring your body, I'll bring the bass and we’ll meet each other there.
20th, 27th Sept and 11th, 18th Oct
New to yoga? Or maybe it's been a while since you last rolled out your mat? This 4-week course offers a gentle and welcoming introduction to the practice—rooted in movement, breath, tradition, and philosophy.
Each week, we’ll explore foundational postures, breathing techniques, and mindful movement, while also taking time to reflect on the core principles of yoga: presence, awareness, and connection. You’ll learn how to move in a way that honours your body, how to breathe in a way that supports your nervous system, and how to begin cultivating a practice that can sustain you far beyond the mat.
Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th October
A physical adjustment is a dance between two people. If I decide to use physical touch, it is because I would like to offer someone a new way of being in the pose, or give them new information that they might enjoy in the pose – rather than the concept that I’m correcting their pose or imposing my idea of a rigid form upon their body." Judith Lasater
Therapeutic touch & physical adjustments are profound ways to elevate your students experience within their Yoga practice, but it can be daunting to offer. Join Chloe Baio for this 9 hour immersion, intended for Yoga Teachers — whether you’re a teacher who has never offered hands-on adjustments or perhaps you simply want to up-level your skillset, there is so much to learn & receive from this workshop.
Please note this immersion is over 2 days at our Hackney Central studio. Saturday 2 - 6.30pm and Sunday 1 - 5.30pm.
There will be one full scholarship place available on this immersion. Please contact hello@chloebaio.com for more details.
