Sunday 6th July, 3 - 5pm

Discover the joy of going upside down in this playful, empowering, and fun handstand workshop! Whether you’re a keen beginner or looking to move away from the wall, this session is designed to build your strength, flexibility, and confidence while having fun.

We’ll break down the three essential elements of a straight-line handstand:
🤸🏼 Kicking Up: Learn how to transition into a handstand with control.
🤸🏼 Staying Up: Focus on alignment and balance to maintain your handstand.
🤸🏼 Coming Down Safely: Practice falling safely and getting away from the wall.

Through a combination of strengthening, stretching, and alignment drills, you’ll refine your technique and explore how to kick up into a straight line. Partner work and spotting will also help you build trust and support as you work together to overcome challenges.

This July, join Stacie for a grounding session combining gentle movement and breathwork to support deep rest, relaxation, and the release of unhelpful stress. Expect a nourishing blend of asana (postures), breath awareness, meditation and a guided final relaxation. The session is open to all levels, with plenty of space to move at your own pace. Come as you are and leave feeling more spacious, centred, and restored.

To more easily co-create a space of nurturing, compassion, and dignity, we offer these sessions specifically to folks who identify as Black women and/or women of colour.

Take a moment to nurture yourself on your pregnancy journey. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve walked this path before, this afternoon offers a safe and supportive space to unwind and honour this special chapter.

We’ll start with a slow and strengthening flow blending yoga and pilates-style movements designed to support and strengthen your changing body. From there, we’ll transition into restorative stretches to ease discomfort, calming prenatal breathwork to soothe your nervous system, and a guided meditation to help you connect with your baby.

The experience culminates with an extended sound bath accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and soft chimes, which will leave you feeling deeply rested.

Finally, enjoy herbal teas and cake as you connect and share with other parents-to-be. Join us for this nourishing afternoon dedicated to you and your growing little one.

A monthly meet-up for movement and connection for mums, birthing parents, babies, dads, co-parents, and caregivers—because raising a child takes a village.

Kin is a postnatal yoga class for moms/birthing parents to stretch, breathe and take a moment for themselves. While the class is just for birthing parents, we’ve set up our downstairs lounge as a cosy space for co-parents, dads and caregivers to kick back, look after baby, and make some new mates too. After class, everyone comes together downstairs for tea, biscuits and conversation.

Coming solo? No problem. Pre-crawlers are welcome in the practice room with you during class.
