The full moon often brings a peak of energy that can leave us feeling overstimulated or full to the brim. This session is your sanctuary to channel that intensity into restorative rest. We begin with soft, intuitive movement to unwind physical tension before transitioning into a guided Yoga Nidra. By entering the restorative alpha and theta brainwave states, you’ll find the space to celebrate your growth and release anything holding you back. Step out of the busyness and into the moonlight.
Expect to feel: Balanced, whole, and rested.

Most of us approach astrology through the mind — reading about our signs, analysing our charts, trying to understand ourselves through a map.
Astrā-Somatics starts somewhere different: the body. In this 90-minute taster session, you'll be introduced to the Astrā-Somatics framework — a system that bridges natal astrology with somatic and body-based wellness practices. The premise is simple: the cosmic imprint you received at birth it's a living pattern in your nervous system, your default posture, and the way your body manages safety, vitality, and emotion. We'll work with the three primary natal imprints: the Ascendant, the Sun, and the Moon — through guided breathwork, body awareness, and somatic movement.
No prior knowledge of astrology is needed. No prior experience with bodywork is needed either. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to feel.

Your intentional time to rest, recover, and transform. Aligning with the new moon's renewing energy, we take the opportunity to plant seeds of intention while granting ourselves the space to deeply rest and reset. Through the practices of yin and yoga nidra—or sleep yoga—we transition from the day's busyness to a profound state of calm. The session guides your brain into the restorative alpha and theta states, creating a deep connection between your conscious desires and subconscious mind and paving the way for a life lived with heightened awareness and presence.

If you’ve ever experienced Conscious Connected Breathwork and Sound, you’ll know it can feel almost miraculous. This immersive 2.5-hour workshop weaves together therapeutic breathwork and integrative sound healing to support deep release, clarity and reconnection.

You’ll be guided through a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. This active breathing practice can be expansive, emotional, clarifying and deeply releasing.
✨ Integrative Sound with Pablo
After the breathwork, you’ll remain lying comfortably on your mat as Pablo guides you into a state of deep relaxation through sound. The sound journey supports integration — helping your body and nervous system process and settle.
Together, breath and sound become vehicles for healing, regulation and enhanced physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Full Moon Sound Healing is your intentional time to pause, release, and reconnect. Aligning with the full moon’s illuminating energy, we embrace this moment to reflect on what’s ready to be released and amplified in our lives. Each session invites you to immerse yourself in the healing resonance of sound, allowing vibrations to guide your body into a state of deep rest and recalibration. Through a carefully curated soundscape—including alchemy singing bowls, gongs, and Himalayan bowls—you’ll journey inward, balancing the nervous system, calming the mind, and fostering emotional clarity.

Join Chloe Baio for this 9 hour immersion, intended for Yoga Teachers — whether you’re a teacher who has never offered hands-on adjustments or perhaps you simply want to up-level your skillset, there is so much to learn & receive from this workshop.
