IF YOU'RE NEW TO A MOVEMENT PRACTICE

Perfect for complete beginners or anyone returning to practice after time away, these classes prioritise understanding your body and building confidence at your own pace.

SLOW FLOW: gives you time to explore mobility and movement intentionally. Moving at a slower tempo, expect gentle strengthening elements alongside juicy stretches that leave you feeling both energised and grounded.

EMBODIED FLOW: expect somatic cues, breath awareness, and moments of pause to support deeper body awareness. Less about how the movement looks and more about how it feels.

YIN: a quiet, supported practice where you'll hold poses for several minutes with the use of props. Working with the deep layers of the body, this practice allows for a slow and gentle opening while you work to settle your mind.

QIGONG FLOW: blending ancient Chinese wellness with yoga, this practice uses flowing movements paired with intention and breath to shift energy. Gentle yet energising, you'll nurturing strength, flexibility, and presence.

POWER: a full-body workout merging yoga's most powerful elements with strength training for physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Expect to sweat, explore your edges, and discover new possibilities through mindful movement that builds resilience.

Mindful Somatic yoga

For those who want to move with intention, exploring the subtle connections between breath, body, and mind through fluid, conscious movement.

EMBODIED FLOW: weaves fluid yoga-inspired sequences with somatic cues, breath awareness, and moments of pause to support deeper body awareness. Less about how the movement looks and more about how it feels.

SOUND HEALING: vibrational therapy using crystal bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. A meditative journey that works on a cellular level to restore harmony, recalibrate the nervous system, and bring about deep states of rest.

YOGA NIDRA: often called "yogic sleep", this powerful practice induces profound relaxation whilst keeping your consciousness awake. Release stress, reset patterns and access your subconscious for deep healing — all whilst lying down.

JUST BREATHWORK: pure focus on breath as medicine and transformation. Conscious connected breathwork activates natural healing processes, moving stagnant energy and releasing blockages for emotional and physical renewal.

BREATHE + FLOW: using movement to help you drop out of your body and into flow, this class begins with activating movement before diving into a conscious connected breathwork session. This powerful combination helps you drop in faster, allowing you to create space for transformation.

YIN: Your sanctuary for turning inward when life feels too fast. This isn't about achievement, it's about yielding, listening, and letting go. Allow your body to soften while your mind finds the quiet space it craves.

NEW MOON NIDRA + YIN: A monthly ritual aligned with lunar cycles for intentional rest and renewal. Plant seeds of intention while experiencing profound calm through yin postures and yoga nidra (sleep yoga). IF YOU'RE EXPECTING OR HAVE RECENTLY WELCOMED A BABY

Specialised support to honour this transformative life stage, whether you are pregnant, preparing for birth, or in early parenthood.

PRENATAL FLOW: a class thoughtfully designed for all expecting parents, combining yoga and pilates to support your changing body. Move at your pace while preparing for labour and taking precious time for yourself.

POSTNATAL FLOW: this class combines yoga and pilates to gently rebuild strength, support your core and pelvic floor, and ease tension in the places that work hardest—think shoulders, neck and lower back. Bring your pre-crawler along—they're welcome beside your mat.

KIN: BABY & ME WORKSHOP & FAMILY SOCIAL: postnatal yoga for birthing parents upstairs while co-parents, dads, and caregivers connect downstairs with babies. After class, everyone joins together for tea, connection, and conversation. Solo parents welcome (pre-crawlers can join you in class).

If it’s your first time at the studio, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get oriented with the space, meet the teacher, and sign your waiver.

If you have any considerations for your movement practice that you’d like to chat with us about, speak to your teacher before class begins so they can support you with modifications.
