Aquarius is the sign of community — of collective dreams and belonging to something bigger than yourself. It’s a reminder that we were never meant to do this alone, and that every dream we’ve ever had has been shaped by the people who showed up for us.
Which feels like exactly the right energy to share our big news: Sāmya is opening a second studio!
Sāmya Hackney arrives this autumn in the heart of Hackney Central — same values, new post code.
Our dream for this space is to carry over all the lovely things that make our Islington studio feel special — the airiness, the warmth, the cosiness, the way it feels like a home — and bring the slow life to Hackney.
Hackney moves fast. It’s full of life and creativity. Our vision is to create somewhere soft in the middle of that, so that you can step off the hamster wheel and feel held as you are.
What that looks like exactly is still up in the air. Of course, we’ll have the mainstays you know and love from us: authentic yoga with dedicated practitioners, spicy and fun pilates and strength classes, enlivening breathwork, and the best massage you’ve ever had.
But for this space, we don’t want to build it for you. We want to build it alongside you. There’s so much possibility for where we take Sāmya next and as the Aquarius moon reminds us, no dream worth having was ever built alone.
